England names strong squad for white-ball tour of BD

England Men’s selection panel has the two 15-player squads for next month’s ODI and T20I series away to Bangladesh.
Uncapped Somerset batter Tom Abell, who is set to captain the England Lions in the upcoming ODI series in Sri Lanka, is included in both squads while Leicestershire leg-spinner Rehan Ahmed earns his first call-up to an England white-ball squad.
Saqib Mahmood is selected to the ODI squad as he prepares to make his return to full international cricket following the back injury he suffered last May.
The three-match T20I series will be England’s first since being crowned world champions following last November’s ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
