Veteran right-arm all-rounder Mashrafe Bin Mortaza touched the remarkable landmark in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket on Saturday. He is the fourth cricketer who played 100 BPL Cricket matches. He touched the landmark after playing the ongoing 28th match of BPL Cricket against Chattogram Challengers at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza captured 97 wickets and scored 539 runs in BPL Cricket.
Earlier, Wicketkeeper-batter Mushfiqur Rahim, opener Anamul Haque Bijoy and opener Imrul Kayes crossed the 100-match landmark in the ongoing BPL Cricket.
The BPL Cricket has begun since 2012. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza played in the first edition of BPL Cricket. He has started his BPL career since 2012. He played as a captain in 95 matches in BPL Cricket. He played as a Captain in BPL Cricket for highest occasion. He won 61 matches and tasted defeat in 34 matches. According to his performance, he is the best Captain in BPL Cricket of the country. He led the teams for four times in BPL Cricket which emerged the champions.
Dhaka Gladiators became two times champions, while Rangpur Riders became two times champions under his captaincy.
