Unidentified woman’s body recovered

Body of an identified woman (55) was recovered from the bank of Mongla-Ghasiakali Bangabandhu international channel (originally Mongla river) in Romjaipur within Perikhali Union under Rampal Upazila in Bagerhat by police of Rampal PS on Tuesday,
After preparing the spot investigation report police sent the dead body to Bagerhat Sadar Hospital for autopsy. In this connection a UD case was lodged with Rampal PS. Mohammad Shamsuddin, Officer-in-charge of Rampal PS admitted the fact and told, being informed of the matter a police squad led by me rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body of a middle aged undignified woman from the bank of Bangabandhu international channel.
