Businessman Chandra Basak dies

A social worker, renowned businessmen Madan Gopal sweetmeat proprietor Chandra Kumar Basak has died of Carr dit arrest on Friday night around 7.45 pm.
He was 58.
He left behind his wife, one daughter, one son, a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.
The ruling Awami League leader Rejowan Ahmed Tofiq MP, Dr.Syeda Zakia noon Lipi MP, Zila Parishad Chairman Advocate Zillur Rahman, District Awami League general secretary advocate M.A Afzol, Mayor Pervez Miah, Former Chatra League general secretary Ajoy kar Khokon, District CAB president Alam Sarowar Tito, Hindu kallan Trusti Advocate Bhupendra Bhowmick Dholon and Kishoreganj ‘s Bara Bazar Marchent Association president Tajul Islam were expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Chandan Basak.
