BDCOM approve 10pc Cash Dividend

Internet service provider company BDCOM Online Limited declared 10 percent Cash Dividend for the year ended 30th June 2022. The declaration came out through its 26th Annual General Meeting held through virtually on Wednesday, said a press release. Chairman of the company Wahidul Haque Siddiqui presided over the AGM while its Directors, lndependent Director, Managing Director SM Golam Faruk Alamgir, Chief Financial Officer & a large number of shareholders attended the meeting. Audited Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon for the year also adopted in the meeting.
