Chattogram Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Abdul Halim passed the remand after the investigation officer of Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) produced Abir Ali, the lone accused of the murder case, before the court seeking 10-day remand for him.
Earlier, police arrested Abir Ali, 19, from the city’s Nayahat area on November 24. He is the former tenant of the building owned by father of Ayat.
