University student found dead in city

The police recovered the dead body of a university student from his house in West Rampura area of Hatirjheel Police Station of the capital.
The deceased was identified as Niaz Morshed Nadeem, 20, a fourth semester student of East-West University.
Police sent his body to Dhaka Medical College (DMC) Hospital morgue on Tuesday night.
Morshed’s brother Naeem told the media that he hanged himself in his room at any time of Monday night.
We saw his dead body in the morning. Then I informed the police.
Later members of police recovered the body around noon.
He also said, we have never left any of his shortcomings unfulfilled. There was no quarreling with anyone in the family.
Before his death, he reset everything on his mobile, Facebook and computer. In response to the question whether he had a love relationship with anyone or not, he said, “We have not been able to know anything about it so far.”
Hatirjheel Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Minhajul Islam confirmed the matter to the media saying that “We recovered his body in the afternoon after getting the information. The body was sent to DMCH morgue in the evening for post-mortem.
The family could not tell anything about his death. Investigation is on. The motive of the death will be known after the autopsy report, SI added.
