Case filed against Nora Fatehi

A video of a flight was shared; the plane was then compared to a plastic toy plane! Then, a case was filed against dancer and actress Nora Fatehi for this crime.

The country’s aviation company Dunes Aviation has filed a defamation case of Rs 3 crore against her.

Nora was flying from Mumbai to Jaipur in a Cessna Citation CJ2 aircraft of Dunes Aviation in December last year.

During the trip, she recorded a video from inside the aircraft and shared it on her Instagram.

In the video, Nora calls the plane a ‘toy’ and a ‘Lego airplane’ (plastic toy plane). The aviation company did not take such comments about a chartered flight well.

They claimed that Nora’s comments were reckless, irresponsible, and made without any technical knowledge or factual basis.
