MLICL holds its 26th AGM: The 25th Annual General Meeting of Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited (MLICL) was held on Wednesday through virtually. Nasir Uddin Ahmed Pavel, Vice Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. Among others directors Riaz Uddin Ahamed, ANM Fazlul Karim Munshi, Moin Uddin, Dilruba Sharmin, Sharmin Nasir, Sabita Ferdaushi, Mohammad Ahsan Ibne Kabir and NC Rudra, CEO of the company were present on the occasion. The AGM approved 25% dividend (15% Cash & 10% Stock) for the year 2021. The Shareholders spoke on the occasion and expressed their satisfaction about the business performance of the Company during 2021. They also thanked the Management for giving satisfactive dividend of the year 2021, said a press release.
