Election Offices in upazilas
 
While other countries of the world are improving the quality of civil services in their countries, the quality of civil service in Bangladesh is gradually deteriorating. Upazila Election Commission offices have now become another name for public suffering. Nowadays, the officers working in those offices do not behave cooperatively with people when they go to the Election offices to resolve issues related to voters, NID revision or others. Instead, they harass the citizens by saying that the machine is not working now, come later, there is no internet, etc most often with other abusive remarks.
 Therefore, the concerned authorities should improve the quality of citizen services at the Upazila Election Commission Offices and also take proper steps to stop all irregularities, mismanagement and corruption. So that citizen can be fully ensured of services.

War is not a solution

War is raging on between Russia and Ukraine, till now no end is in sight. Instead of trying to bring a peaceful solution, Western countries are sending unbelievable amount of weapons to Ukraine which will linger the war making it more disastrous, it is like pouring fuel on the fire.
US loves war, it thrives on it, so it is no wonder that in the guise of helping Ukraine it will do more harm than good.
We hope that good sense will prevail and both the countries will come to an understanding and peace will be established.
