The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Chattogram Region arranged the seminar at a hotel in the port-city. Prof, Muhammad Sekandor Khan, the Vice-Chancellor, East-Delta University attended the seminar as Chief guest. ICAB, Chottogram region committee Chairman Md. Abul Kashem and ICAB Chairman Md.
