Nawshaba in TVC after seven years opposite cricketer Shakib Al Hasan

Popular actress Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed performed as a model in
a television commercial (TVC) after seven years opposite cricket superstar Shakib Al Hasan under Subrina Irene’s direction.
Nawshaba mentioned that she is extremely overwhelmed to have worked with Shakib in this project, as this is her ‘comeback’ TVC.
She shared, “My father, retired Lieutenant Cornel Quazi Salimuddin Md Shahriar left us on December 9. I wanted to surprise him with this project, as Shakib Al Hasan was one of the few celebrities he only loved. It was not so easy for me. However, my father always taught me to stay strong and that the show must go on!”
The TVC is expected to air from next month in different TV
channels, said its director.
Nawshaba informed that her upcoming projects are Anonno Mamun’s movie Amanush, Saikat Nasir’s web series Network and Saif Chandan directed movie Poster, among others.
