Happy birthday to Ferdous

To act outstandingly in Basu Chatterjee’s movie Hothat Brishti, popular film actor Ferdous got the National Film Award 22 years ago. Later, he also got the National Film Award for four times. He last got the award for acting in Saiful Islam Mannu’s movie Putro in 2018. Today is the birthday of Ferdous. Due to corona pandemic, he has no special plan to celebrate the day. He will pass the day along with his mother, wife, two daughters and other family members.
While talking about his birthday Ferdous said, “Due to corona, I had to refuse many works because I have to keep in mind about physical conditions of my mother, wife and two daughters. But in the meantime, I have already finished shooting of Hridy Haque’s government-grant movie 1971 Seisob Din maintaining social distance and hygiene properly. I played the role of a professor in the film. I believe it will become one of the mentionable movies which story is based on the Liberation War. Tareen, Litu Anam, Hridy Haque, Shilpi Sarkar Apu and I acted in different roles in the movie. For this reason, I believe it will become a nice work. On my birthday, everybody prays for me and also for my family as we can remain well.”
