Four killed in Tangail road accident

UNB, Tangail :
Four people were killed and four others injured in a road accident in Jamurki area on the Dhaka-Tangail Highway in Mirzapur upazila on Sunday morning.
Of the deceased, one was identified as Lebu Mia, 45, who runs a shop in Jamurki area.
Highway police sources said, a Dhaka-bound covered van from northern region overturned and fell on a roadside shop after colliding with a pickup van in the area at around 6:45am, leaving seven
people, including Lebu Mia injured.
Among the injured, five were rushed to Tangail Medical College Hospital in critical condition where Lebu Mia and two others were declared dead by the doctors.
