Submission of probe report deferred

A Dhaka court yesterday (Sunday) deferred the submission of the probe report in the case lodged over clash between students of seven Dhaka University affiliated colleges and police in Shahbagh area.
Magistrate
Sarafuzzaman Ansari of the CMM Court of Dhaka passed the order on Sunday as the Investigation report of the case could not be submited on Sunday.
Students of seven government colleges of the city which have been affiliated with the Dhaka University took to the street on July 20, 2017, for various demands including announcement of their date of their examinations. At one stage, they locked in clash with law enforcers as police tried to push the students out of the street for ensuring vehicular movement. A couple of students and several law enforcers were injured in the incident.
