Ishita’s new song Aamar Obhiman

After a break of 16 years, popular TV actress, play director and singer Rumana Rashid Ishita presented a new song for her fans at the end of last year. This year she is going to present another new song titled Aamar Obhiman.
Lutfor Hasan has composed its lyrics and music while Shahriar Alam Marcel has arranged its music. Ishita informed that this song will be released under the banner of G-Series on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr.
While talking about the song Ishita told this correspondent, “I have liked lyrics of the song. Lutfar Hasan has written its lyrics nicely. Its music seems to be heart touching to me. I believe music-lovers will enjoy the song. Its music video will be made next week.”
On October 11, 2018 Ishita’s song titled Tomar Janalai was released on TV channel, Channel i. In 2002, Ishita’s solo album titled Raat Nijhum was released under Ahmed Rizvi’s lyrics and Pranab Ghosh’s music composition. Later, she did not render any song.
Ishita also informed that during childhood she received training on music from Anisur Rahman Tonu. Later, she also received training from Ustad Omar Faruk for 13 years and then eight years from Ustad Sanjeeb Dey. Now she is receiving talim (training) from Idris Ali of Nazrul Academy. Recently Ishita-starred drama Aguner Nonajol was telecasted on Channel i. She acted against Riaz in this play. But in Eid, she will not be seen in any play.
Now Ishita is also working as a guest faculty at Department of Marketing under School of Business of Southeast University in the capital’s Banani area. Ishita acted only movie is late Abdullah Al Mamun’s Bihongo.
