2 killed in road mishap

Two friends were killed as a truck rammed their motorbike in Dewanhat area in Chandanaish upazila Monday (Jan 28) midnight.
The deceased were Hamid Hasan Mishkat, 22, east Kalaujan area under Lohagara upazila and BBA 2nd year student of Government Haji Mohammad Mohsin College and Saiful Islam Roki, 22, resided in Chandanaish area.
Md Alauddin, assistant sub inspector of Chattogram Medical College Hospital (CMCH), told Banglanews that a speeding truck rammed a motorbike in Dewanhat area in Chandanaish upazila, leaving one rider dead on the spot and another injured. The injured was taken to CMCH where he succumbed to his injuries, the police official added.
