3 held with Yaba tablets

Police arrested four people, including city BNP Office Secretary Tinku Das, while they were allegedly consuming Yaba pills at Chaitannogoli area under Kotwali Police Station recently.
The other arrestees Firoz Alam, 32, Md Shahjahan, 50, Md Baki, 39. On information, a team of police conducted a drive on the rooftop of a house in the area and caught them red-handed around 9pm.
They recovered 60 pieces of Yaba tablets from their possession, said officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station Mohammad Mohsin.
A case filed against them under the Narcotics Control Act, the OC added.
