Arrest of Shimul Dhar in fake suit protested

Arrest of innocent jewellery trader Shimul Dhar in a socalled murder case of South Kattali under Pahartali thana in city strongly protested in a press meet so arranged by his family members at Chattagram Press club auditorium on Friday last . The press meet also accused member of a land grabbing gang Abul Khair of Mirsarai thana for creating fabricated power of attorney deed aimed at g rabbing the land & building of late Gopal Krishna Dhar(father of the victim). Elder sister of Shimul Dhar, Ms Mukta Dhar read out the written statement before the journalists .
Mother, wife of victim Shimul Dhar were also present in the press meet.
The press was told that the land grabber Abul Khair who is also a advocate clerk of Chattogram court in connivance with a vested quarters created a fake Power Attorney against their property after death of Gopal KrishnaDhar in 2012 and thereafter conspiring to occupy the land building of Gopal Dhar depending the fake power of attorney .
Aimed at occupying the building of Gopal Dhar, deceiver Abul Khair trying to convict Shimul Dhar in a murder case by any means , the family member alleged in the press meet.  
The press conference earnestly demanded intervention in the matter by the concerned authorities including Prime Minister and the Home Minister and release of innocent Shimul Dhar immediately.
