Ex-DG of BD Betar Yahia passes away

Yahia Khan, former Director General, Bangladesh Betar died on July 17 at a city hospital following a surgery after meeting an accident and cardiac complications. He was 89.
He left behind his wife, three sons, one daughter, a number of grandchildren and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
His Namaz-e Janaza was held at Gopibag Jam-e Mosque in the city on Friday last after Juma prayers and was buried at the Mirpur graveyard. His Qulkhwani will be held on Friday (25 July) after Asr prayers at the Gopibag Jam-e Mosque.
