Nur Hossain`s aide Ali Mohammad on 6-day remand

UNB, Narayanganj :A court here on Sunday placed Ali Mohammad, a close aide to Nur Hossain, on a six-day remand in connection with the sensational seven murders.Senior Judicial Magistrate Monwara Begum passed the order when police produced him before the court, seeking a 10-day remand, said court police Inspector Habibur Rahman.Earlier, Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested Ali Mohammad, 45, one of the aides of Nur Hossain, the prime accused in the sensational seven-murder case, from the bordering area of Akhaura upazila in Brahmanbaria district on Saturday morning. Later, he was shown arrested in the case filed by Selina Begum Beauty for killing his husband Narayanganj panel mayor Nazrul Islam and his four associates.
