Chattogram Bureau :

Three new digital medical diagnostic machines worth about Tk.12 crores inaugurated at Chittagong Medical College Hospital on Monday.
 The new digital medical equipments consists of Cobalt machine, digital memogram and braki theraphy machine . City Mayor AJM Nasiruddin inaugurated these machines on Monday afternoon as Chief Guest. Besides, a medically equipped bed room for freedom fighters also inaugurated at Ward No.12.
Among others Deputy Director of CMCH Brigadier General Director Dr. Akhtarul Islam, President of BMA Chattagram Unit Mujibul Hoque, General Secretary Foisal Iqbal were present on the occasion.
Digital Mammography worth Tk 20 million and a Brachy therapy machine worth Tk 40 million.
CMCH Director Brig Gen M Jalaluddin was present on the occasion.
The Director told the journalists that more machines worth Tk 160 million including a CT-scan machines and ICU instruments will soon be procured for the hospital very soon.
