Special Chess Tournament begins

The WALTON Special Chess Tournament for visually impaired persons began on Monday at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room.
Walton Sports and Welfare Division chief FM Iqbal Bin Anwar formally inaugurated the three-day meet as chief guest.
Sponsored by WALTON Group and organised by National Fellowship for the Advancement of Visually Handicapped-NFAVH under the guidance of Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF) the tournament has been
organized on the occasion of 49th World Whistle Security Day October 15.
A total of 60 players from different parts across the country are taking part in the meet.
