Heroine Tama Mirza starts her new life as banker
Apart from acting, National Film Award-winning popular actress Tama Mirza has joined the banking profession.
She has been working as Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the ‘Brand Communication’ department of AB Bank, one of the country’s leading private banks, for about three months. However, despite joining a new profession, the actress is not leaving acting.

Tama herself announced the news of joining a new profession on social media.
There, she wrote, “I am going to share a new chapter of my life with you. Before that, let me tell you – acting is my first love and place of happiness.
This is where I am, will stay and will do better work in the future, Allah willing.”
Regarding joining the banking profession, Tama said, “Now let me talk about a new experience. A new identity outside of acting has recently been added to my life.
And that is, I have joined the ‘Brand Communication’ department of AB Bank, one of the leading private banks in the country.
From now on, I will try to fulfill my duties in this new profession with dedication, along with acting. I will keep you in my love and prayers as always.”
Tama Mirza said that acting is her first love and passion. Therefore, she has no plans to move away from acting. She said that the bank authorities are also sincere about her acting.
Regarding continuing acting, Tama said, “Acting is my first love and passion. I will always work here. The bank authorities are sincere about my acting. So there is no problem in continuing acting.”
She caught the attention of the audience by acting opposite Afran Nisho in movies ‘Surongo’ and ‘Daagi’.
Although she is currently seen in films relatively rarely, she is working selectively. The actress says that she acts in two or three films a year.
Tama sees joining a new profession as a new experience in life. She says, “I do one or two films a year very selectively.
This opportunity to explore the rest of my life in something else is great. I want to use that opportunity to gain experience.”
Tama has received praise for her performances on OTT as well as on the big screen. Her performances in ‘Janowar’, ‘Khanchar Bhitor Ochin Pakhi’ and ‘Friday’ have been discussed among the audience.
Meanwhile, she is also getting new acting work. Soon, Tama will start working on the movie ‘Khalnayok’ directed by Vicky Zahed. In it, Afran Nisho will be opposite her.
