Officer-in-Charge of Kotwali Police Station Elias Hossain said Devid Ting, deputy secretary general of the embassy, received the body of Chang Hing Sang.
Chang Hing Sang, 45, a human hauler dealer at Upashahar in Jessore town, was reportedly beaten to death by assailants on December 15. He lived at a rented apartment of Farida Villa located in front of Upashahar Mahila Degree College in the town.
