CU admission test
Aspirants fail to contest six units

The admission seekers, desiring to contest in the upcoming admission test for the first year honors course under 2015-16 academic session under seven units of Chittagong University, likely to miss the contest as the admission test of the units would be held at the same time.
The units are : B 2,B 3,B 4,B 5,B 6,B 7 and B 8 and the contest for the units would be held on the 27th October, 2016 at 10.30 am. The honors courses under the units are Arabic, Islamic Studies, Fine arts Institute, Pali and Sannksrit, Dramatics, IIRT and Music.
Students of Humanities department apprehended that they would deprive from seating for test in several units as the authority close the opportunity. Meanwhile, SM Akbar Hossain, secretary of the admission committee said, generally very few students apply for the units and so the authority took decision to take admission test in the same time.
Mentionable, A unit (faculty of Science) admission test would be held on October 23 at 10.30 am and J unit (Institute of Forestry and Environmental Science) at 2.30 pm at the same day. G unit (Faculty of Engineering) test would be held on October 24 at 10.30 am and I unit (Institute of Marine Sciences and Fisheries) at 2.30 pm.
On October 26, B 1 (Faculty of Arts) at 10.30 am; on October 27, H unit (Physical education and sports science) at 2.30 pm; on October 29, E unit (Faculty of Law) at 10.30 am; on October 30, D1-D2 unit (Faculty) of Social Science for Science and Humanities) at 10.30 am and D3 at 2.30 pm and on October 31, C1 unit at 10.30 am and C2-C3 at 2.30 pm would be held.
