Mohsin, Miru elected BPJA President, Secy

AKM Mohsin of Just News and Mir Ahmed Miru of Dainik Bartaman have been elected as president and general secretary of Bangladesh Photo Journalists’ Association (BPJA) respectively.
The election was held at the office of BPJA on Sunday amid festive mood.
Former President of the association Safiuddin Ahmed Bitu and Former General Secretary Nuruddin Ahmed announced the committee.
The others office-bearers are: Vice-Presidents-Golam Mostafa of Amar Desh and Nasim Sikder of the Daily Nayadiganta, Joint-Secretaries Iqbal Hasan Nantu of Inquilab and Ali Hossain Mintu New Age, Treasurer -Khalek Haider of Dinkal and Executive members-Indrojit Kumar Gonsh of New Age, Babul Talukder of Dinkal, Motiur Sentu of Inquilab and Mahbub Hossain Khan Nabin of Samakal.
The newly elected leaders of the BPJA vowed to work in the interest of the photojournalists across the country.
