QMUL to establish academic tie with BD universities

Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is wiling to establish academic and research collaboration with the leading universities of Bangladesh.
The interest was shown when a 4-member delegation from Queen Mary University of London led by its Vice-Principal (International) Prof David Sadler BA PhD called on UGC Chairman Prof Abdul Mannan at the latter’s office on Sunday.
Other members of the delegation included Nabeel Vehra, Regional Manager, QMUL, Professor Frances Bowen, Deputy Head of School of Business, QMUL and Faisal Tariq, School of Electronics and Engineering, QMUL.
UGC Members Prof Dr Mohammad Mohabbat Khan, Prof Dr Abul Hashem, Prof Dr Md. Akhtar Hossain, Prof Dr Mohammad Yousuf Ali Mollah and UGC Secretary Dr Md. Khaled, among others, were present.
UGC Chairman assured the delegation of extending necessary cooperation in this regard. Other aspects of higher education including faculty development and joint research collaboration came up for the discussion.
