Entertainment Report :
Asaduzzaman Noor is an
incomparable living legendary actor of Bangladeshi stage plays, movies, TV dramas and radio. He was the artiste of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra. He was the elected Member of the Parliament five times in a row. Just as in the acting world, he is appreciated by the audience of all classes, and as
a politician, he is as acceptable in his constituency and a parliamentarian of love. But he gets very
little time to act. That is why he is not seen in dramas and movies.
But if the story is good, he takes
out of his busy time to act.
Asaduzzaman Noor has a different love for Bangladesh Betar. That’s why he took time out of his busy schedule to air the six-episode drama series titled ‘Jibon Joyer Golpo’ on March 13 at noon. This drama will be broadcast on Betar’s Population, Health and Nutrition Division. Produced by Syeda Ferdoushi Jatri, the story of the drama is written by Tarik Monjur. Asaduzzaman Noor played the role of a newspaper editor in the drama.
Producer of the drama Jatri said that Shatabdi Wadud played the role of a village chairman in the drama. Farmer Azad Abul
Kalam got a brass pitcher
by cultivating his land.
In this compelling narrative,
listeners will follow the story of Azad Abul Kalam, a farmer who stumbles upon a brass pot buried in the land belonging to the village chairman, Shatabdi Wadud.
The buzz around the village spreads like wildfire as rumours circulate about hidden golden coins within the pot. To investigate the truth behind these rumours,
the editor of the local newspaper, Asaduzzaman Noor, assigns the task to journalist Tania.
Despite the initial excitement, it
is eventually revealed that the pot contains no treasure, only soil.
The story delves into themes of hope, disappointment, and the complexities of rural life, offering listeners a thought-provoking
and entertaining experience.
Producer Jatri also said that before this, a three-episode series about Asaduzzaman Noor
was aired on Betar.
“Respected Noor Bhai gave us an hour at noon that day. We tried to quickly finish the work that was centered on him because he is very busy man. That he gave us time from his busy schedule is a big achievement for us. I have my
sincere gratitude to everyone who played various roles in it.
As long as Asaduzzaman Noor gives time to the drama, it will
be aired,” Jatri also said.
