The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) marked Independence Day 2025 on Tuesday, March 25, with a heartfelt programme to honour the heroes of the Liberation War.
The event commenced with a formal programme where Prof Jude William Genilo, acting vice chancellor of ULAB, gave a heartwarming welcome speech, reads a press release issued Tuesday.
The highlight of the event was an inspiring talk by renowned freedom fighter Ali Ahmed Ziauddin, Bir Protik & Valiant Freedom Fighter, who shared his experiences from the Liberation War and reflected on the achievements of freedom. He shared his personal stories of the war, which demonstrated the fervor among freedom fighters in fighting against insurmountable odds to liberate the nation.
ULAB remains committed to preserving and celebrating the legacy of the Liberation War, fostering a deep sense of patriotism among the community.
