Bangladesh Under-16 National Football team won the SAFF Under-16 Championship title beating India Under-16 National Football team by 4-2 goals in the tie-breaker of the final at the Sylhet Stadium recently. One of the key players, Faysol Ahmed (goalkeeper) was one of the winners of the `Airtel Rising Star`. And he was given the opportunity to be trained in Manchester United Carrington Training Centre. Airtel Bangladesh Limited undertook a nationwide talent search across 64 districts called `Airtel Rising Star`. The selected players have been groomed by BFF coaches and coaches from Manchester United as well.
