Shabnur offers me to be hero: Siam Mridha

Rising actor Siam Mridha, who was inspired and encouraged by popular film actress Shabnur, recently took to the media to share the story behind his entry into the media and his feelings about celebrities.

Siam said that after seeing him online, actress Shabnur herself sent a message and thought that this boy could become a good actor one day.

At that time, Siam was on Shabnur’s list of favourites due to shortage of good heroes in media. Siam said that if he was offered to act, his family would not agree.

Then Shabnur herself assured to talk to the family and later called director Soorwardy Sohan and obtained the family’s consent.

Reminiscing about that time, Siam said, “It was incredible for a common man who had just completed his college and intermediate exams to get a call from a superstar heroine like Shabnur.

Shabnur talked to me over the phone for about three hours and shared colourful world of cinema and various interesting experiences of shooting. It was after listening to those stories that I developed an interest in acting.”
