Walton Plaza brings emergency cash facility

Walton Plaza has introduced an emergency cash withdrawal facility for Instalment Customer Protection Card holders, allowing them to withdraw an amount equivalent to one instalment for urgent financial needs.

The facility took effect on 1 October and is available at Walton Plaza outlets across Bangladesh, according to a press release.

Customers can access the facility at their nearest outlet, regardless of where they purchased their products, without returning to the original sales outlet.

Walton Plaza authorities said the protection card is designed to provide financial security and support customers during difficult times.

The cash withdrawal facility extends this support alongside the company’s instalment sales services.

Under the Instalment Customer and Family Protection Policy, if a cardholder dies while their instalments are ongoing, Walton Plaza provides their family with financial assistance.
