Oishee warns about fake Facebook IDs

A fake account in name of popular model and actress Jannatul Ferdous Oishee of Dhaka entertainment scene has spread on social media platform Facebook.

Friend requests were sent from that fake ID to many stars and well-known faces of showbiz, creating intense confusion about the whole issue.

The Miss World Bangladesh winner has finally spoken out about the issue and warned everyone to bring the situation under control.

Through a post on her verified Facebook page, Oishee made it clear that she does not use a personal Facebook ID. The page she currently posts from is her only official Facebook page.

Oishee said that several colleagues in the entertainment industry were confused by the friend request from IDT and contacted her directly. That’s when the whole incident came to her attention.

In a social media post, Oishee urged everyone not to have any contact with the fake account.

Do not reply to any messages. She requested everyone to report the fake ID if they come across it.

In addition, the actress expressed her sincere thanks and gratitude to her fans, colleagues, and well-wishers for quickly understanding this unexpected issue and for standing by her in times of danger.
