BD women rout Jordan

Bangladesh Under-17 Women’s Football team secured a massive victory in the first warm-up match against Jordan Under-17 Women’s Football team, part of their preparations for the AFC U-17 Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers. Saiful Bari Titu’s team demolished the hosts 5-0.

In the match held in Amman on Thursday Bangladesh women led 1-0 at halftime.

After the break, the Bangladesh women scored four more goals to completely rout Jordan.

Alpi Akter, Riya, Mousumi, Kulsum, and Payel each scored a goal for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh’s second warm-up match against Jordan is scheduled for September 13.
