BNCC, Daffodil Computers sign deal to build integrated digital platform
Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) has signed an agreement with Daffodil Computers PLC (DCL) to develop an integrated website, Management Information System (MIS) and mobile application for its nationwide operations.
The agreement was signed on Thursday, at the BNCC Headquarters in Dhaka, marking a step towards a more integrated and technology-driven management system.
The new digital platform is expected to streamline BNCC’s operational processes and improve access to information and digital services for cadets, educational institutions, employees and other stakeholders.
Under the agreement, the platform will cover cadet recruitment and management, institution management, training and certificate management, employee management, and centralised information and administrative management.
The initiative is aimed at bringing BNCC’s various operational functions into a more integrated digital ecosystem while improving efficiency and information accessibility.
Lt Colonel Md Nahiduzzaman, Director of Training and Recruitment, BNCC, signed the agreement on behalf of the Director General of BNCC.
Mr Jafar Ahmed Patwary, General Manager of Daffodil Computers PLC, signed the agreement on behalf of DCL.
Dr Mohammed Nuruzzaman, CEO of Daffodil Group, attended the signing ceremony.
Major Kamrul Hasan, Accounts In-Charge, BNCC; Lt Commander Md Rakibul Islam, Deputy Director (Navy), BNCC; H M Forhad, Head of Product and Solution, Daffodil Computers PLC; and Md Mazharul Islam, Technical Lead and System Analyst, Daffodil Computers PLC, were also present.
The initiative is expected to establish a more integrated, efficient and technology-driven digital ecosystem for BNCC.
