Rupayan Housing and BDF sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Rupayan Housing Estate Limited and the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation (BDF) at an elegant five-star hotel in the capital on 14 August 2026.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Shabbir Hossain Khan, Chief Executive Officer of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited, and Dr. Shahed Rafi Pavel, Chairman of Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation, formally signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of their respective organizations.

The event was attended by distinguished representatives from both organizations. From Rupayan Group, the attendees included Mr. Saif Ali Khan Atul, Vice Chairman of Rupayan Group; renowned Structural Engineer and Advisor to Rupayan Group, Prof. Dr. M. Shamim Z. Basunia; Mr. Shabbir Hossain Khan, Chief Executive Officer of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited; and Engr. Md. Saiful Islam, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Head of Brand & Marketing Mr. Shariful Islam Tareq along with other senior representatives.

Representing the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation were Dr. Shahed Rafi Pavel, Chairman; Prof. Dr. M. A. Baki, Chief Advisor; Dr. Nirupam Das, Founder; Dr. A. M. Parvez Rahim, Advisor; Dr. Halida Hanum Akhter, Advisor; and other esteemed members of the Foundation. Distinguished representatives and valued partners from both organizations were also present at the event.

Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Shabbir Hossain Khan, Chief Executive Officer of Rupayan Housing Estate Limited, said:

As part of the event, Rupayan Housing Estate Limited also unveiled the soft launch of it’s upcoming premium condominium project, ‘Rupayan Green Paradise,’ in Dhanmondi. A project visual video showcasing the current site and development concept was also presented to the guests.

The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding marks an important step toward strengthening the relationship between Rupayan Housing Estate Limited and the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation, while reaffirming their commitment to fostering future investment partnerships, collaboration, mutual development, and shared prosperity.
