ONE Bank appoints AYM Mostofa as ADMD

ONE Bank PLC has recently announced the appointment of AYM Mostafa as Additional Deputy Managing Director (ADMD).

In his new role, he will lead the bank’s technology and digital transformation agenda, driving innovation, strengthening technology infrastructure and supporting the Bank’s strategic growth.

A seasoned technology leader, Mostafa brings over 22 years of experience in banking technology, digital transformation and enterprise architecture.

Prior to joining ONE Bank PLC, he served as chief technology officer at Prime Bank PLC.
Earlier, he held senior technology leadership roles at United Commercial Bank PLC and Brac Bank PLC.

Throughout his career, Mostafa has led several large-scale technology transformation initiatives, including core banking modernization, digital banking platforms, payment systems, AI driven solutions and enterprise infrastructure projects.

His expertise is expected to further strengthen ONE Bank’s digital capabilities, enhance operational resilience and deliver banking excellence for customers.

Mostafa holds MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University.

He also completed executive studies in FinTech from Harvard University.
