Modhumoti Bank elects new Board Leadership at 98th Board Meeting

Modhumoti Bank PLC has elected a new Board leadership at the 98th meeting of its Board of Directors, held at the bank’s head office in Gulshan, Dhaka, on Tuesday.

By unanimous consent, the Board elected Salahuddin Alamgir as Chairman, Mohammad Ismail Hossain as Vice Chairman, Mostafa Kamal as Chairman of the Executive Committee, and A. Mannan Khan as Chairman of the Board’s Risk Management Committee.

Following the election, members of the Board present at the meeting felicitated the newly elected office-bearers by presenting them with floral greetings and extending their congratulations.

The meeting was attended by Board members Humayun Kabir, Nemai Kumar Saha, Tanjima Binte Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Independent Director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul, and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Md. Shafiul Azam.
