Agrani Bank holds M’singh business confce
Agrani Bank held a business conference for its Mymensingh Circle on Saturday to accelerate implementation of its 2026 business targets and strengthen loan recovery activities.
Managing Director Md Anwarul Islam attended the conference as chief guest at the conference hall of Bangladesh Agricultural University in Mymensingh.
Deputy Managing Director Rubana Parveen attended as special guest.
General Manager of Mymensingh Circle Md Jalal Uddin chaired the programme, which was attended by regional heads and branch managers from across the circle.
Addressing the conference, Md Anwarul Islam stressed the importance of achieving the bank’s 2026 business targets, improving loan recovery, reducing classified loans and strengthening key financial indicators.
He also emphasised increasing import and export business, boosting remittance collection and expanding SME lending at the grassroots level.
Participants were instructed to promote the use of Bangla QR among customers, expand cashless transactions and continue public awareness programmes on digital payment services.
