Johnny Depp returns to Hollywood after 8yrs

Johnny Depp is set to return to a major Hollywood studio production after an eight-year absence.

On Thursday, Paramount Pictures unveiled its upcoming feature film, ‘Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol’, with Depp cast as the iconic Ebenezer Scrooge.

The project marks his first leading role in a major studio film since 2018, when allegations of domestic abuse made by his former wife, Amber Heard, derailed his Hollywood career.

Paramount also unveiled the film’s title poster and confirmed that it will be released in cinemas on November 13.
