Madrasa teacher hammered in Kalkini
A madrasa teacher named Kamrul Islam (40) was badly injured after being beaten with a hammer by his opponent in Kalkini, Madaripur due to a land dispute.
Later, the teacher was treated at the Upazila Health Complex in his injured condition.
The injured teacher, son of the deceased Abdur Rahim of Kalai Sardar’s Char village in Purba Enayetnagar area of the upazila, is working as an English teacher at the victim Mangal Fazil Madrasa.
A case is being prepared by the injured family in this attack. This information was confirmed by the victim and the hospital on Thursday morning.
According to the complaint of the injured family, the teacher Kamrul Islam had been in a dispute with Farhad Hawlader, Rezaul and Rabiul of the same area for some time.
As a result, on Tuesday evening, a group of people led by Farhad Hawlader suddenly found teacher Kamrul Islam alone at a place called Char Hura in Kalai Sardar and beat him with hammers on various parts of his body, leaving him badly injured.
Later, on Wednesday night, locals rescued him and admitted him to Kalkini Hospital. Injured teacher Kamrul Islam said that Farhad Hawlader, Rezaul, Rabiul and Rabbi and several others beat me with hammers without any reason and injured my body in various parts.
