Nusraat Faria in web film again

Popular film actress Nusraat Faria first worked in OTT content in the web film ‘Jodi Kintu Tobuo’.

The film, released in 2021, was directed by Shihab Shaheen. ‘Patalghor’ starring Faria was released on OTT in 2023.

However, Faria acted in the film as a big screen movie. Later, the plan was changed and it was released on OTT.

This year, she joined OTT content again. She will act in a web film in ‘Borbaad’ famed directed by Mehedi Hasan Hridoy.

Although the film directed by Hridoy was released on the big screen, this is her first web film.

Initially, the web film has been titled ‘Lapatta’. The film will be made in the comedy-thriller genre.

Shooting will begin next month. Pre-production work is currently underway.

It is learned that Shahriar Nazim Joy and Nasir Uddin Khan are also in the cast along with Nusraat Faria.

The film is planned to be released on the OTT platform iScreen by the end of this year.

Director Mehedi Hasan Hridoy said, “The web film will be mainly a thriller genre, with comedy as well. We are trying to make a different style of film with a different story and arrangement.

All the arrangements have already been finalized. If everything goes well, we will start shooting in mid-August. Now the last-minute pre-production work is underway.”

Nusraat Faria was last seen in the movie ‘Jinn 3’ released last year. Faria’s song was released on Eid-ul-Azha.

The song titled ‘Loke Boley’ was composed and composed by Fuad Almuqtadir. The song, which is a fusion of folk music and modern pop, was written by Badhon.

On the other hand, director Mehedi Hasan Hridoy has announced a new full-length film after ‘Rakkhosh’.

The shooting of the film is scheduled to start by the end of this year. After ‘Borbaad’, Shakib Khan will be seen again under the direction of Hridoy.
The formal agreement has already been completed.
