Kajol keen to act in Bengali films

Popular Bollywood actress Kajol has expressed her interest in acting in Bengali films.

She said that she would like to work in a Bengali movie if she gets the right opportunity and a suitable story.

Recently, Kajol attended the Best of the Year 2026 awards ceremony organized by Anandabazar.com in India.

She received the honor in recognition of the love and appreciation she has earned from audiences throughout her long acting career. During the event, Kajol was asked whether she watches Bengali films.

She replied with a direct “No,” but also expressed her desire to act in Bengali cinema.
