Ranbir buys 25 acres of land in Pune

Just as Ranbir Kapoor is shaking up the box office with one blockbuster movie after another, he is also expanding his real estate empire in tandem.

After buying a crores of rupees of land in Ayodhya a few months ago, Ranbir is now in the news for a huge land deal in Pune, Maharashtra.

He has single-handedly bought more than 25 acres of land in Mulshi taluka, known as one of the most beautiful and luxurious areas of Pune! He has bought four adjacent plots of agricultural land in Pimpri village, Pune. Spread over an area of about 25.7 acres, this huge land has cost the actor a total of Rs 16.42 crore from his pocket!
