Prof Dr Israfil, other educationists attend ‘Chinese Bridge’ prog in China

Prof Dr Md Israfil, Vice-Chancellor of Thakurgaon University, along with six other universities’ vice-chancellors, Chairman of UGC and others visited China with the invitation of ‘Yunnan University’, China from ‘june 23 to 27’.

This programme was sponsored by the Centre for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) of the Ministry of Education of China and Yunnan University. They visited different educational institutions and schools in China.

The participant were in the delegation team were : Prof Dr Mamun Ahmed, Chairman, University Grants Committee; Prof Dr A B M Obaidul Islam, Vice Chancellor, University of Dhaka; Prof Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor, North South University; Prof Mohammad Tamim, Vice Chancellor, Independent University Bangladesh (IUB); Prof M M Nurul Absar, Vice Chancellor, Chittagong Independent University; Prof Dr Shamsad Mortuza, Vice Chancellor, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh; Prof Dr Mohammad Ashaduzzaman, Director, International Mother Language Institute; and Col Md Mamun Azad Salehin, Principal, Dhaka Cantonment Girls’ Public School and College.
