5 film legends in 1 frame

Channel i has organised a special event with five film legends of the golden era of Bengali movies.

The channel has prepared a chat programme with actresses Shabnam, Suchanda, Babita and actors Uzzal and Alamgir.

In the programme, they met after many years, chatted openly.

They talked about their personal and acting lives. Senior film journalist Abdur Rahman was the host.

To mark the arrival of the stars, the Channel i premises were decorated with their various pictures.

The film artistes were given a red carpet reception. They were welcomed by journalist Abdur Rahman and Channel i Managing Director Faridur Reza Sagar.

On the first day of Ashar on June 15, the participant legends talked about enjoying Ashar, memories of shooting in the rain, favourite heroes and heroines, favourite songs, and many other topics in this chat.

Before returning home after the event, Channel i handed over various gifts, crests with the names and pictures of the stars.

The entire programme, directed by Iftekhar Munim, will be aired on Channel i in a few days.
