Actress Bobby has fallen victim to burglary at her residence

Popular Dhallywood actress Eamin Haque Bobby is devastated by the brutal theft at her home in the capital just two days before Eid.

It is only natural for this star to be devastated by such an unexpected theft.

The actress expressed her extreme grief and anger over it.

It is learnt that three people, including the main accused Farooq and his wife, have been arrested in this incident.

At the same time, 4 tonnes of stolen gold ornaments have been recovered from them. Amidst such news, Bobby brought up the incident of that day.

On Thursday afternoon, Bobby revealed detailed information behind the theft in a post on social media Facebook, revealing photos of the case papers, cupboards, and the accused.

In a Facebook post, Bobby wrote, “There is no chance of thinking of thieves as ordinary thieves.

They are organised, planned, and professional criminals. They loot people’s hard-earned wealth in an instant, leaving behind helplessness, insecurity, and endless suffering.”

She also wrote, “The joy of Eid has become a deep pain in my life. Just two days before Eid, miscreants entered my house by cutting the grill of the window.

About 30 to 35 tonnes of gold ornaments, cash and several valuable watches given to me by my father as a loving memory were stolen.

Not only wealth, but also countless memories, emotions and family love were associated with it.”

The heroine wrote, “By the grace of Allah, the accused, Farooq, and his wife, have been arrested and 4 tonnes of gold have been recovered so far.

I am grateful to the law enforcement agencies. However, most of my assets have not been recovered yet.”

Bobby further wrote, “I ask everyone to pray that the remaining gold ornaments and other belongings are recovered quickly and that those who committed this wrongdoing face appropriate punishment.

Memories are worth much more than money in life.

The pain of losing those memories given by my father cannot be expressed in words.”

Earlier, on May 26, the theft took place at Bobby’s permanent residence in East Manipur, Senpara Parbata area under Kafrul Police Station in the capital.

It is known that the actress Bobby had left the house on May 25 for shooting.

The next day, on the night of May 26, her housekeeper informed her about the theft on her mobile phone.

Upon receiving the news, Bobby quickly returned home and found that the two grills of her bedroom window and balcony had been cut and the cupboard had been broken and valuables had been looted.

According to the investigation and complaint, the total market value of the goods stolen from Bobby’s house is about Tk 85 lakh 70 thousand.

The list of looted items included 5 pairs of gold bangles worth Tk 3 million, seven pairs of earrings worth Tk 1 million, 3 necklaces, 8 lockets, 12 chains, 7 diamond nose rings worth Tk 2.5 million, 5 branded wristwatches worth Tk 420 thousand and Tk 6 lakh in cash.

After filing a case at Kafrul Police Station, the police conducted a raid and were able to arrest the accused and recover some of the gold.
