‘House of the Dragon season 3’ coming, trailer released

‘House of the Dragon’ is a prequel to the hugely popular TV series ‘Game of Thrones’.

After the first season was released in 2022 and the second in 2024, its third season is now coming.

HBO released the final trailer for the much-awaited series recently. The release date was also announced.

The third season of ‘House of the Dragon’ will premiere on HBO and HBO Max starting June 21.

One episode will be released every Sunday. The new 8-episode season will conclude on August 9.

‘House of the Dragon’, set 200 years before the events of ‘Game of Thrones’, is set in the third season.

The trailer for the third season shows the devastation of the Targaryen civil war, which is even more horrific than in previous seasons.

The trailer is filled with epic dragon battles in the sea and sky.

The historical battle that could not be shown at the end of the second season due to budget and time constraints will be shown at the beginning of the third season.

The third season begins with the ‘Battle of the Gullet’, one of the bloodiest battles in George R R Martin’s novel ‘Fire and Blood’.

“It’s impossible to tell the story of ‘House of the Dragon’ without the Battle of the Gullet,” series showrunner Ryan Condall told Entertainment Weekly.

“It took us four years to get this sequence on screen. It’s probably going to be one of the craziest episodes in television history.”

The third season of ‘House of the Dragon’ stars Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, Olivia Cooke, Steve Toussaint, Rhys Ifans, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, and others.

HBO head Casey Bloys confirmed to Deadline that the script for the fourth season of ‘House of the Dragon’ has already begun. The series will conclude with the fourth season.

The producers believe that all four seasons are appropriate to depict the history of the rise and fall of the Targaryen dynasty.
