‘Ruposhi Sreemangal’ celebrates nature, beauty
The special musical visual ‘Ruposhi Sreemangal’ has been created to portray the hills, tea gardens, lush greenery, history, heritage, and natural beauty of Sreemangal through music and visuals.
The song has been released under the banner of audio-video production company Dhruba Music Station.
The special track features vocals by popular Bangladeshi singer Asif Akbar and UK-based singer Rubayyat Jahan. Written by London-based lyricist Kayes Aziz, the song has been composed and arranged by director Raja Kaasheff.
The visual was filmed at various scenic locations in Sreemangal by filmmaker Saikat Reza. Farhan Khan Rio and Sifat Nusrat performed in the musical visual, while Asif Akbar and Rubayyat Jahan also made special appearances.
The official launch of the song was recently held at an event in the capital.
The musical visual was unveiled by Ariful Haque Choudhury, Adviser to the Ministry of Labour and Employment and the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, as the chief guest.
Special guests included Member of Parliament Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury of Moulvibazar-4 and Member of Parliament M. Naser Rahman of Moulvibazar-3.
Singers, lyricists, composers, music directors, representatives of the production company, and notable figures from the cultural arena were also present at the event.
Speakers at the event said that such initiatives can play an important role in presenting the natural beauty, tourism potential, and culture of Bangladesh on the international stage.
“Ruposhi Sreemangal” is now available on the official YouTube channel of Dhruba Music Station as well as on various local and international digital music platforms.
